Q2. What currency is used for Genstore billing?

A: All Genstore bills are charged in USD for accounting purposes.

  • Transaction fees (if you don’t use Genstore Payments)

Q4. How do I get a detailed breakdown of my bill?

A: You can export your bill as a CSV or PDF to see a detailed list of charges.

Q5. What is the minimum billing threshold?

A: The minimum billing threshold is a set USD amount. If your account’s usage fees exceed this amount, a bill is generated immediately. This usually includes third-party transaction fees and other outstanding charges. Subscription fees are not included in threshold-based billing.

Q6. Why did I receive a bill before my regular billing cycle?

A: If you have transaction fees from a third-party payment provider or recurring app charges, you may receive a bill before your regular monthly billing cycle. This happens when your total charges exceed your account’s minimum billing threshold.
