Where can I find my Genstore bill?

You can view your bill on the Billing page in your Genstore admin.

What currency is used for Genstore billing?

All Genstore bills are charged in USD for accounting purposes.

What fees are included in my Genstore bill?

Your bill may include:

  • Taxes
  • Transaction fees (if you don’t use Genstore Payments)

How do I get a detailed breakdown of my bill?

You can export your bill as a CSV or PDF to see a detailed list of charges.

What is the minimum billing threshold?

The minimum billing threshold is a set USD amount. If your account’s usage fees exceed this amount, a bill is generated immediately. This usually includes third-party transaction fees and other outstanding charges. Subscription fees are not included in threshold-based billing.

Why did I receive a bill before my regular billing cycle?

If you have transaction fees from a third-party payment provider or recurring app charges, you may receive a bill before your regular monthly billing cycle. This happens when your total charges exceed your account’s minimum billing threshold.
