Credits usage guide

What are credits?

Credits are the standard unit used to measure consumption of certain features within Genstore.

How can I earn credits?

You can obtain credits in the following ways:

• Free users can get additional credits by subscribing to a paid plan.
• Subscribed users can earn more credits by upgrading to a higher-tier plan or by purchasing a separate Credit Pack.
• Credits may also be rewarded through special campaigns, such as following our social media accounts or completing onboarding tasks.

How are credits consumed?

Credit consumption priority

Credits are consumed in the following order:

1. Daily Credits
2. Bonus Credits
3. Add-on Credits
4. Monthly Credits

Credit rules

• All subscribed users automatically receive 5 daily credits upon logging in each day.
• Monthly Credits are included with your subscription and reset monthly based on your subscription start date.
  • For example, if you subscribed to the $75 Standard plan on January 1, you receive 200 monthly credits. These credits must be used before February 1. Any unused monthly credits will reset back to 200 on February 1.
• Add-on Credits are obtained by purchasing a separate credit pack (available for Standard plan and above only)
  • Unused credits from a credit pack (i.e., credits exceeding your monthly plan allowance) will roll over to the next billing cycle once only.
• Bonus Credits earned through campaigns follow the same rollover rules as add-on credits.
• Unused credits remain valid only with an active paid subscription
  • If your subscription expires for more than 30 days, any remaining credits will be permanently forfeited and will not be restored, even if you resubscribe later.
  • To avoid losing credits, we strongly recommend using them within your active subscription period.

What features consume credits?

Currently, credits are used in the following scenarios:

1. Running AI-powered tasks, such as generating products or creating videos.
2. Using Genstore's automated domain connection service.

Where can I view my credit balance and history?

Steps

1. Log in to your Genstore admin.
2. Go to Settings -> Plan and credits.
3. Under My credits, click Detail.
4. You will see:
   • Available balance for each credit type
   • A full history of credit earnings and usage

How to purchase a credit pack

Steps

1. Log in to your Genstore admin.
2. Go to Settings -> Plan and credits.
3. Under My credits, click Manage pack.
4. Select the credit pack amount you want and click Upgrade.
5. Complete checkout to subscribe to the credit pack.
