Export orders

You can export order information from the Orders page in the Genstore admin. This generates a CSV file, making it easy to view a detailed overview of the orders. Each export can include up to 10,000 order item rows.

Steps to export

1. Log in to the Genstore dashboard and go to the Orders page.
2. On the Orders list page, filter the orders you want to export.
3. Click the Export order button to begin exporting the order data.
4. Go to the Task center to find your exported content, then click Download to save the data to your local device.
