Inbox AI pricing plan

Each store gets 200 AI Agent replies for free. Once the free quota is used up, you'll be charged based on actual AI replies.

What counts as one AI Agent reply?

An AI Agent reply is counted each time the AI sends a complete automated response to a customer message.

  • What’s included:
    • Any AI-generated text, links, or suggested replies
    • Every AI response in a multi-turn conversation is counted separately
  • What’s not included:
    • Messages where the AI doesn’t provide a response
    • System prompts when transferring to a live agent
    • Standard non-personalized phrases like “Thank you for your message”

Example: If a customer asks three different questions and receives three AI-generated responses, it counts as 3 replies.

Free usage

  • Free quota: Each store receives a one-time lifetime allowance of 200 AI Agent replies
  • Availability: Available to all stores, no paid plan required
  • Validity: Free quota doesn’t expire and stays available until fully used

Pricing after free quota

  • Billing method: Charged per AI Agent reply
  • Rate: $0.05 per reply

Example calculation

Let’s say your store used 1,528 AI replies in a given billing cycle. If you still had your free 200 replies available, your billable usage would be:

1,328 × $0.05 = $66.40

If your free quota was already used up, the full usage would be billed:

1,528 × $0.05 = $76.40

Inbox AI charges will appear on your Genstore bill. You can review your billing details under Settings -> Billing.
