One-time customers

The One-time customers report displays data about all your customers whose order history includes only one order.

Use this report to

  • Identify at-risk customers
    This report highlights customers who have only made a single purchase, helping you spot users who haven’t returned. These insights are key for developing targeted incentives and win-back campaigns.
  • Improve post-conversion engagement
    Analyze first purchase dates, average order values, and marketing preferences to uncover opportunities for driving repeat purchases—such as sending discounts, restock reminders, or personalized product recommendations.

Report data fields

You can find the following details for each customer:

  • their name
  • their email address
  • whether they agreed to accept marketing when they placed their most recent order
  • the date of their first order
  • the number of orders that they have placed, which is 1
  • the value of their order, excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, and any refunds
  • the order amount, excluding discounts, includes taxes, shipping fees, and all refunds.
