Sales channels

Genstore offers multiple channels to help you expand your reach, including Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Genstore Market, Buy Button, and Inbox.

• Google & YouTube sales channel: Sync your products to Google Merchant Center to optimize ad performance and increase visibility in search results.
• Facebook & Instagram sales channel: Sync products to Facebook and Instagram Shops to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• TikTok sales channel: Sync products to your TikTok storefront to boost product visibility and conversion.
• Pinterest sales channel: Supports syncing products to Pinterest and enables direct product sales on Pinterest.
• Genstore Market: Connect your Genstore store to marketplaces like Amazon to manage products and orders across multiple platforms in one place.
• Buy Button: Embed a purchase button in your blog, official website, or social media platform. Customers can complete purchases without being redirected. Ideal for content marketing, influencer promotion, and external campaign scenarios.
• Genstore Inbox: Communicate with customers in real time, send promotional messages and product recommendations, and improve customer service.

Manage sales channels

• For Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, and Inbox (built-in channels):
  1. Log in to your Genstore admin, switch to the Store tab in the top-left corner, and then click Sales channels in the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the desired channel to access the setup page.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account and sync products.
• For Pinterest (requires installation):
  1. If you are already in the Genstore admin, switch to the Store tab in the top-left corner, then click Apps in the left navigation bar. Or visit the Genstore App Store directly.
  2. Use the search bar to find Pinterest.
  3. Click Install, then Launch app to begin setup.
• For Genstore Market (requires installation):
  1. If you are already in the Genstore admin, switch to the Store tab in the top-left corner, then click Apps in the left navigation bar. Or visit the Genstore App Store directly.
  2. Use the search bar to find Genstore Market.
  3. Click Install, then Launch app to begin setup.
• For Buy Button (requires installation):
  1. If you are already in the Genstore admin, switch to the Store tab in the top-left corner, then click Apps in the left navigation bar. Or visit the Genstore App Store directly.
  2. Use the search bar to find Genstore Buy Button.
  3. Click Install, then Launch app to begin setup.
