Sales channels
Genstore offers multiple channels to help you expand your reach:
- Google sales channel: Sync your products to Google Merchant Center to optimize ad performance and increase visibility in search results.
- Facebook sales channel: Sync products to Facebook and Instagram Shops and use AI-powered ads to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Genstore Market: Connect your Genstore store to marketplaces like Amazon to manage products and orders across multiple platforms in one place.
- Buy Button: Embed a purchase button in your blog, official website, or social media platform. Customers can complete purchases without being redirected. Ideal for content marketing, influencer promotion, and external campaign scenarios.
- Genstore Inbox: Communicate with customers in real time, send promotional messages and product recommendations, and improve customer service.
Manage sales channels
- For Google, Facebook, and Inbox (built-in channels):
- Log in to your Genstore merchant admin and go to Sales channels in the left-hand navigation.
- Select the desired channel to access the setup page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account and sync products.
- For Genstore Market (requires installation):
- Log in to your Genstore merchant admin and go to Apps in the left-hand navigation.
- Use the search bar to find Genstore Market.
- Click Install, then Launch app to begin setup.
- For Buy Button (requires installation):
- Log in to your Genstore merchant admin and go to Apps in the left-hand navigation.
- Use the search bar to find Genstore Buy Button.
- Click Install, then Launch app to begin setup.
