Order fulfillment

To efficiently manage orders, you need to set up your shipping and logistics settings in advance, including shipping rates, shipping locations, and dispatch settings. All of these configurations can be done in the Genstore merchant admin. Once you receive an order, you can view it on the order page and arrange shipment accordingly.

To save time and reduce shipping costs, we recommend using the Genstore shipping page to manage and process your fulfillment tasks.
