Genstore Free plan
Genstore offers a Free Plan so you can smoothly experience the full AI store-building workflow before you’re ready to operate a live store. When you’re ready to launch, you can upgrade at any time.
The Free Plan has no time limit and is great for:
- Exploring how AI builds your store
- Trying different store styles, page layouts, and product presentation approaches
- Creating and previewing a store prototype you can share internally

With Genstore Free Plan, you can use all Genstore AI capabilities:

- 5 daily credits for daily logins
Create a store
- Go to the Genstore signup page, enter your email and password, then click Sign up.
- In the chat, describe what you want to build (e.g., product category, store style, store language).
- Based on your request, AI will ask you to select dropshipping products or upload your own products.
- After products are selected or uploaded, AI will generate a fully previewable store.
Store limit
- Each account can create up to 2 Free Plan stores.
- You can use different stores to compare:
- different store styles and positioning approaches
- different layouts and product presentation approaches
- Once you reach the Free Plan store limit, you can upgrade to create additional stores.
Usage scope & limits
Products & resources
- Products: Up to 20 products
- Dropshipping products: Up to 10
- Asset storage: 500MB (for basic use; deletion not supported)
- Email sending: Up to 20 emails total (including marketing emails and test emails)
- Marketing Automation (MA): You can create workflows, but cannot activate them
- Additional staff accounts: Not supported
- Inventory locations: Single inventory location
- Localized Markets: Single localized market
- Apps: You can install apps for free; to subscribe to paid apps, please upgrade to a paid plan
Payments & transactions
- The Free Plan does not support live online transactions
- You can’t enable Genstore Payments or third-party online payments
- Customers can only place $0 orders, or use a manual payment method you add
If you want to start selling and collecting payments, please upgrade to a paid plan.
Branding & access control
- Genstore branding: Free Plan stores display the “Made with Genstore” badge; it can be removed after upgrading
- Store access: Free Plan stores are password-protected by default. If you want to share access, you can share the store password (the first 20 visitor IPs per day can access without a password), or upgrade to a paid plan
- Auto domain connection: The Free Plan does not support automatic custom domain connection
Upgrade from the Free Plan
Consider upgrading when you want to:
- Create more stores
- Expand product and dropshipping scale
- Enable payments, domains, and multiple markets
- Remove Genstore branding and start live operations
You can upgrade anytime to Basic / Standard / Advanced. After upgrading, everything you created in the Free Plan will be fully preserved.
