Customer reports

Customer Reports provide in-depth analytics to help you comprehensively understand the composition, behavior, and value of your customer base. These reports offer insights into sales contributions from new vs. returning customers, behavioral patterns, retention rates, geographic distribution, and more, enabling you to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

How to access

  1. Log in to your Genstore Merchant dashboard.
  2. Navigate to AnalyticReports in the left menu.
  3. Locate financial reports under the Customers section on the Reports Summary page.
  4. Click any report title to view comprehensive metrics and granular data.

Data update frequency

  • Customer reports may not display all activities from the past 12 hours due to data processing delays.
  • However, when you open the Customers over time report, it displays near-real-time data (updated within a few seconds). Refresh the report or reopen it to view the latest updates.
