Drop Pay is a turnkey, KYC-free payment solution designed specifically for Genstore dropshipping businesses. In compliance with U.S. tax laws and IRS regulations, Genstore is required to collect specific tax forms to ensure transaction transparency and regulatory compliance.
IMPORTANT: Payouts to your PayPal account will only be issued after your tax forms have been successfully submitted and approved by our compliance team.

Execution guide
Step 1: Complete and sign
- Download the Form: Obtain the correct document from the official IRS links provided above.
- Fill & Sign: Forms like the W-9 require a valid signature and date from an authorized representative of the business.
- Recommended Tools: Use a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader).
- How to Sign: Use the "Fill & Sign" or "E-Sign" tools within your PDF software to complete the document digitally.
Step 2: Submit via Genstore admin
Once signed, follow these steps to upload your document:
- Log in to your Genstore admin.
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Dropshipping -> Balance.
- Under the Drop Pay view, click the Settings button.
- Complete the following in the configuration window:
- Tax residency: Select your applicable region (U.S. Resident or Non-U.S. Resident).
- Legal information: Enter your full legal name (and optional registered business name).
- File upload: Select the appropriate form type and upload your signed file (supported formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF).
- Click Confirm to submit.
Important Notes
- Accuracy Required: You must provide truthful and accurate information for IRS auditing purposes. Providing false information may lead to account restrictions.
- Review Period: Submitted forms undergo a compliance review. Once approved, your automated payout schedule will be activated.
- File Requirements: Please ensure files are under 30MB. Images or scans must be clear, and signatures must be fully visible
