How it works
- Enable Genstore Dropshipping – Verify your business information and activate Genstore Payments to access dropshipping features.
- Browse and import products – Use the Sourcing Center to explore or filter products and import them directly to your store.
- Set pricing and automation rules – Configure markup formulas, price and inventory alerts; the system will automatically calculate selling prices.
- Start selling – Imported products appear in your store and can be purchased immediately.
- Fulfillment and tracking – Orders are automatically placed with suppliers and synced with shipping updates.
- Fund splitting and settlement – Order revenue is credited to your Genstore account and settled according to standard payout schedules.
Subscription plans and service fees
Genstore Dropshipping offers three subscription plans for different sourcing and sales needs. Each order includes a fixed service fee (commission) based on the plan tier, automatically deducted during settlement.

How service fees are calculated
The system automatically deducts the commission from each order during settlement:
