Genstore Payments

If you are looking to further boost your checkout conversion rates and establish stronger brand authority, you can choose Genstore Payments as the primary payment method for your Dropshipping business.

How to activate

1. Log in to your Genstore admin.
2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Dropshipping -> Balance.
3. Use the view toggle in the top right corner of the page to switch to Genstore Payments.
4. Within the Genstore Payments view, click the Activate Genstore Payments button.
5. The system will guide you to the onboarding page. Please fill out the application based on your legal entity (e.g., US or HK) and submit it for review.
6. Once approved, return to this page and click Activate. The system will automatically disable Drop Pay at this time.

TIP: Once activation is successful, all subsequent transactions will be processed through Genstore Payments. Please ensure your settlement bank account information is accurate to avoid payout delays.
