Manage shipments in transit and shipped

Once a shipping label is purchased, the order will progress through the In transit and Shipped statuses.

Shipments in transit: printing and delivery

The In transit list displays orders for which a label has been purchased but the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier.

  • Print shipping labels: Click Print shipping label to generate the shipping label and attach it to your parcel.
  • Cancel labels: If you find an error and the parcel has not yet been collected, click Cancel label. Note: Once the carrier has picked up the package, the label can no longer be cancelled.
  • Mark as shipped: Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, click Mark as shipped. This officially notifies the customer and triggers live tracking updates.

Shipped orders: tracking and records

The Shipped list displays all orders that have completed the delivery handover process.

  • View tracking: Click Logistics info within an order to view the real-time tracking trajectory.
  • Logistics status definitions:
    • To be collected: The parcel is ready and awaiting carrier pickup.
    • In transit / Signed: Real-time updates on the transportation and final delivery status.
    • Problematic: If a parcel is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier immediately for resolution.

Multi-language tracking settings

Genstore provides multi-language support for logistics tracking to enhance the customer experience:

  • Customer view: The system automatically displays the tracking trajectory in the language the customer used during checkout (e.g., Spanish). If the customer's language is not among our major supported languages, it defaults to English. Note: If the customer’s language is not one of the following—Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, or Russian—the tracking information will be shown in English by default.
  • Merchant view: The admin backend displays the original logistics trajectory provided by the carrier (usually in English or the origin language). This ensures accuracy when verifying original shipping data.
