Manage dropshipping products
After sourcing products, merchants can push them directly to their connected store with one click. When products are pushed, the system automatically syncs key information such as titles, descriptions, images, and prices. You can then review and customize each product to match your brand tone and merchandising strategy.

Product status and quantity limits
Pushed products are set to Active status by default. You can adjust the product status when pushing it to your store:
- Navigate to Dropshipping -> Setting.
- Under Product status, choose the desired status:
- Push as draft for editing: Products are saved as drafts for review and adjustments before going live.
- Push as active and edit later: Products will go live immediately with supplier content, and you can edit them later in the Product. For more details, please refer to Add product.
Each subscription plan includes a fixed limit on the number of products you can push:
- When the limit is reached, new products cannot be pushed.
- If your plan is downgraded, the system will prompt you to unpublish or remove excess products.
Best practices
- Review and adjust product titles, descriptions, and media to match your brand identity.
- Update prices or sort order manually based on your sales strategy.
- Use tags and collections to organize products and improve visibility across your storefront.
Quickly identify pushed dropshipping products
After pushing, Dropshipping products will appear in the product list. You can quickly distinguish Dropshipping products from self-built products using the Source column:
- In the Genstore Merchant Admin, navigate to the Products page.
- If the Source column shows Dropshipping, it means the product was pushed to the store via Dropshipping. Conversely, if it’s empty, the product is self-built by the merchant.
- If the Source column is not displayed on the product list page, click the column icon to add it.
Showcase your dropshipping products in your store
Products pushed through the Dropshipping channel will automatically be assigned the Dropshipping product template.
- PC display rules: By default, the product description area is on the left side of the page with a "hover to expand" interaction. Merchants can also customize the template style for Dropshipping products.
Customize the template
- In Genstore merchant admin, click Online Store -> Themes.
- Click Customize of your live theme to open the theme editor.
- Switch to Products.
- Select the Dropshipping product template, preview it, and customize the page template as needed.
