Manage pending shipments
On the Pending shipment (Store -> Orders -> Shipping) page, you can centrally manage all orders that have not yet been fulfilled. From here, you can modify package details, select shipping methods, and purchase electronic shipping labels.
Page overview
Each order entry displays the order number, order time, product details, customer name, sales channel, and shipping/receiving addresses. You should also pay close attention to these core fields:
- Package information: Displays the dimensions and weight of the parcel.
- Shipping: After a logistics provider is authorized, the system will display available shipping routes and the lowest estimated shipping costs.
Preparation and adjustments before shipping
Before officially purchasing a label, you can fine-tune the order details:
- Modify package information: Click Edit under Package information to update the weight and dimensions. Click Confirm once finished.
- Change shipping address: Click the Pencil icon next to the Ship to address. Please ensure the address is accurate to avoid delivery errors.
- Add notes: Click ... -> Add note. These notes are only visible in the admin backend for internal follow-up and are not visible to customers.
Buy shipping labels
- Logistics provider: This section automatically displays supported routes and shipping costs based on your selected provider. You can choose the most suitable route based on your specific needs.
- Complete purchase: Click the Buy shipping label button. The system will generate a shipping label through your authorized provider, such as Genstore Shipping or Shippo.
- Note for Shippo users: If purchasing labels via Shippo, please ensure your account has a sufficient balance and a valid payment method linked.
Other fulfillment options
- Merchant self-shipment: If you prefer not to purchase a label through the system, click ... -> Self-delivery.
- Print documents: Under the ... menu, you can print packing list` (for verifying items) and Pick list (to guide warehouse staff during picking).
Tip: Genstore Dropshipping orders are fulfilled by suppliers. These orders currently do not support merchant self-shipment or label purchasing directly on the platform.
