Express design
The express design mode is the central creative hub of Genstore POD. Powered by "real-time rendering" technology, it enables merchants to complete bulk designs and previews across multiple product categories in record time.
Flexible design workflows
The system offers two creative paths to suit different design habits:
- A: Start from the "Design studio" (Recommended): Create directly within the Design studio on the left side of the Print On Demand page. As you upload images or edit text, all products in the list on the right will sync and render your design effects in real-time.
- B: Start from a "specific product": Select a specific item from the product list on the right and click Start design. The system will open the express designer by default, using that specific product as your canvas.
Core design and interactions
Operations within the express designer provide instant feedback across the entire product line:

| Edit text | Input custom text. Supports selection of fonts, colors, sizing, and rotation angles. |
| Templates | Custom templates: Save your current design for easy reuse on similar products later. System templates: Use built-in design assets with support for resizing and rotation. |
| Canvas settings | Canvas dimension: 3 dimension options to fit different product design requirements. Canvas fill: Toggle between black, white, grey, and transparent backgrounds. |
| Reset | One-click clear: Resets only the current editing area without affecting designs already rendered on product display images. |
| Preview | Once the design is complete, click Preview to see the actual appearance in the default print position of the selected product. |
Fine-tuning
After completing a design through the creative center, if you are unsatisfied with the rendering on a specific item, you can click the design icon on that product card to enter a fine-tuning mode for that single product.
Publishing and management
Once your design is finalized, click Push products to sync them to your store.
- Default attribute sync: The system automatically pushes all available color and size options for the product.
- Printing method: If a product supports multiple methods (e.g., DTG or embroidery), the system will default to the first printing method and place it in a fixed print position.
Pricing logic
The final product price is automatically calculated based on your Dropshipping pricing settings, including:
- Your preset fixed markup amount or markup percentage;
- Whether estimated shipping costs are included.
