Settings
This chapter covers Genstore’s notification settings, policy management, customer privacy, and content asset management.
- Notification management: Set up notifications in Settings -> Notifications, verify sender email, and enable or disable email, SMS, and backend notifications.
- Content management: Upload and manage images, videos, and files in Settings -> Content. Supports multiple formats with storage limits from 100GB to 300GB, depending on the plan.
- Tax management: Manage the tax settings for your sales regions in Settings -> Taxes and duties, including the taxes on products sold and the related transaction fees.
- Markets:
- Set product prices by country/region: Set product prices for different countries/regions to better manage your e-commerce store targeting international or multi-regional markets.
- View product prices by country/region: View product price details for different markets to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
- Domains: Manage the domain settings for customer access to your store in Settings -> Domains.
- Languages: Manage your storefront languages in Settings -> Languages.
- Policy management: Create and manage return, privacy, and terms of service policies in Settings -> Policies. Use templates or customize content. Policy links automatically appear in the checkout footer.
- Customer privacy management: Protect customer privacy and comply with privacy laws by configuring Customer privacy settings in the Genstore admin.
