Set email visual styles

With Genstore’s brand styling tools, you can define your brand’s colors and fonts once and apply them consistently across all your email campaigns. From primary tones to typography, every message stays visually aligned with your brand—no matter the layout or marketing goal.

How to set it up

Set up a unified brand template

  1. In the Genstore admin, go to Marketing -> Email marketing.
  2. Click Create email campaign in the top right.
  3. On the Email template page, select Settings.
  4. Click the Custom button next to Brand template, then you’ll be able to:
    • Upload or update your logo.
    • Choose a font (web-safe fonts supported)
    • Define primary, secondary, accent, and neutral colors for both light and dark modes

      Note: The system will use the brand colors you've saved in Brand assets as the default.

  5. Use the live preview on the right to see changes instantly:
    • Logo placement
    • Text and heading colors
    • Font style
  6. When finished, click Save.

Optional: Customize individual emails or components

For special promotions or seasonal campaigns, you can go beyond the base template:

  • Adjust the color scheme for a specific campaign
  • Set unique styles for individual components, like a banner or CTA button

  • Define your core brand colors in Brand assets before customizing.
  • Make sure your color choices are accessible and visually balanced to ensure a great reading experience.
