Post on social media
Share your created content on social media platforms to attract potential customers. You can edit drafts and publish them anytime.
TIP
Posting Quota: You can publish up to 100 social media posts per month. Check your remaining quota in the Monthly balance section at the top right of the page.
Publish a post
- Log in to the Genstore admin and go to Marketing -> Social media marketing.
- On the Social media marketing page, click Create.
- Select the social media platform you want to share the content on.
- Customize and edit your post before publishing.
Post content types
- Post as: Choose the content type (post, short video, or story).
- Post content: Edit the text for your post. You can:
- Add emojis.
- Insert links to pages on your store.
- Include product links to promote products.
- Publishing time: Choose to post immediately or schedule for a later time.
Product status requirements
To ensure that your social media traffic converts effectively, the system validates the status of any linked products. Please refer to the following requirements:

FAQ
Q1. Why do I see a "Product link inaccessible" error when clicking publish?
A: This usually happens because the linked product is in Draft or Archived status. To prevent customers from landing on an invalid page, the system blocks these posts to protect your brand's credibility.
Q2. How do I resolve a product status restriction?
A: You can resolve this in one of two ways:
- Update Product Status: Go to your product list and change the status to Active (recommended) or Unlisted.
- Replace the Link: Remove the current product in the editor and select a product that is already Active.
