Enable Genstore Dropshipping
Dropshipping is a low-inventory business model that helps merchants launch products faster, reduce stock pressure, and improve fulfillment efficiency. Before activating the Dropshipping feature, please complete the following prerequisites to ensure a smooth setup.
Activate Genstore Payments
Genstore Dropshipping relies on Genstore Payments for order payments and fund settlements. If you have not yet activated Genstore Payments, you will not be able to use the Dropshipping feature.

Dropshipping is currently available only for stores registered in the regions listed above.
How to apply
Follow the application guide for your business region:
During the application, you’ll be asked to provide your business registration documents, identity verification, and payout account information. Once approved, you can enable Genstore Payments in your admin and start using Genstore Dropshipping.
Connect your payout account
After Genstore Payments is activated, you’ll need to link a valid bank account for payouts. Go to Settings → Payments → Genstore Payments in your Genstore admin to view and manage your payout account details.
The account name must match your registered business name. If the information does not match, the system will prompt a verification failure.
Understand how Dropshipping works
Before enabling Dropshipping, it’s recommended that you understand the basic workflow:
- Select products from the Genstore Dropshipping catalog and push them to your store.
- Customers place orders and complete payment at checkout.
- Based on your fulfillment settings (manual or automatic), Genstore forwards the order to the supplier.
- The supplier ships the product and uploads tracking information.
- Genstore syncs the shipment details back to your store.
- Once fulfillment is complete, settlement and payout begin automatically.
