FAQs
1. Why don’t I see the print shipping label button?
If your order was shipped using self-fulfillment, the Print shipping label option will not be available. You will need to manually enter and upload tracking information. If your order is still in the process of purchasing a shipping label but the shipping status has already been updated, you may need to wait until the label purchase is completed before the Print shipping label button becomes available.
2. Can I edit shipping details after an order has been shipped?
No, shipping details cannot be modified after an order has been marked as shipped. Be sure to verify all information before finalizing the shipment.
3. How do I track a package’s shipping status?
On the Shipped page, click Tracking information to view the order’s tracking number, carrier details, and real-time shipment status.
4. What should I do if an order is marked as "issue detected"?
If the order status shows Issue detected, it means there is a problem with the shipment, such as a delay or a lost package. You should contact the shipping provider’s customer support to resolve the issue.
