Additional payment methods

You can offer alternative payment options, such as Alipay, allowing customers to pay with digital wallets. By enabling additional payment methods in your Genstore store, you provide more flexibility for your customers.

TIP

• Alternative payment methods typically redirect customers to a hosted checkout page.
• Third-party transaction fees may apply. Contact the payment provider for details.

Activate other payment methods

Unlike credit card payments, you can add multiple alternative payment methods to your store.

1. Log in to your Genstore admin account and go to Settings > Payments.
2. In the Additional payment methods section, click Add payment method.
3. Search for a payment method or provider and select one.
4. Choose a provider from the search results and click Activate.
5. Enter your account credentials or follow the on-screen setup instructions.
6. Click Activate to complete the setup.

Deactivate other payment methods

If you no longer need a specific payment method, you can disable it:

1. Log in to your Genstore admin account and go to Settings > Payments.
2. In the Additional payment methods section, click Manage next to the payment method.
3. Click the More menu in the top-right corner and select Deactivate.
